Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the NVT AI Chatbot WordPress plugin and the associated SaaS platform provided by NVT SaaS.

1. The Plugin and The Service

  • The Plugin: The WordPress plugin files installed on your server are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPLv2 or later). You are free to modify and redistribute the code under the terms of the GPL.

  • The Service: The AI processing, indexing, and WebSocket connectivity (api.nguyenvanthu.com) are proprietary services. Use of The Service is governed by these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use the RAG and Live Chat features, you must register an account via the plugin or our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API Key and account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  1. Upload files or index content containing illegal, harmful, threatening, or sexually explicit material.

  2. Harass or harm website visitors.

  3. Reverse engineer the SaaS API or attempt to overload our infrastructure (DDoS).

We reserve the right to immediately terminate your API access if you violate these rules.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Free Plan: We may offer a limited free tier. We reserve the right to modify limits at any time.

  • Paid Plans: Upgrades (Pro/Business) are processed via PayPal or PayOS.

  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 1 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content (text and files) you submit for indexing. By submitting content, you grant us a license to process and store it solely for the purpose of answering your chatbot queries.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NVT SaaS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the plugin or the inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of chat history or incorrect AI responses.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
